2021/22 Season ticket renewal period opens

Fans can now renew their season tickets for the 2021/22 season, with the process open up until August 23rd. This year, renewals will be carried out exclusively online and through direct debit.

The current restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic prevent 100% capacity at Mestalla at the present time. Despite this, we are preparing for your return by guaranteeing the best possible conditions in the stadium, and have designed a flexible season ticket that adapts to sanitary measures at all times.

The season ticket allows the holder to attend all matches played by the first team at Mestalla (except finals) and will be activated the moment the capacity limitations are lifted. Until then, fans can buy tickets at the season ticket holder price (50% discount on the RRP for those who chose Compensation Options 1 or 2), flexibly deciding for each match they will go to Mestalla.

We estimate that the capacity limitation could remain in place until January 2022, meaning the season ticket would be activated from the Matchday 21 fixture against Sevilla FC -subject to restrictions-, but as this is a flexible season ticket it can be brought forward or delayed depending on how the situation develops.

HOW CAN I RENEW?

Follow the easy steps indicated on our website. Direct debit will become the only method of payment for the 2021/22 season ticket campaign. This is to make the process easier and also to avoid queues and large crowds.

For those season ticket holders who already have a direct debit open, details can be checked at abonos.valenciacf.com, but no further action is required.

For those who do not have a direct debit open, they will need to enter the website put in place for this purpose: abonos.valenciacf.com and follow the steps indicated.

-In exceptional circumstances, in the event of not having the necessary means to renew online (computer, mobile phone, internet etc.) by calling the same number and pressing 2, an appointment will be given to come to the Mestalla ticket offices and carry out the direct debit process in person.

The one-off payment will be made on September 15th, and the season ticket will be sent, free of charge, to the address provided.
